Jana Posth has been with PRK DreamHaus since 2024, where she serves as Director Festivals for Rock am Ring and Rock im Park and as Festival Director of Rock am Ring. From 2021 to 2023, she led Lollapalooza Berlin at Live Nation. Previously, she was Senior Project Manager, Content & Creation, at Goodlive GmbH. Between 2016 and 2020, she worked as a Creative Producer on international cultural and brand projects. She began her career in live entertainment in production management in 2014. Jana studied Philosophy, Social Sciences and Dance, and was a professional dancer for over fifteen years before entering the industry.
